New Music Video: "Never Change" - GrandeMarshall

GrandeMarshall keeps it real in his latest video for "Never Change". Though he's had a little taste of the good life with his signing to Fool's Gold Records, the young emcee takes you on a tour of his Philly, the one that raised him proper. "Screw the fame." GrandeMarshall will be pulling up at The Foundry on July 21 for Red Bull Sound Select with D.R.A.M., Xavier Omar, and Aime.

Austin Favorites Holiday Mountain Want to Know Your Name in New J-Poptastic Music Video

Reigning Austin odd pop champions and 2014’s Deli Austin Artist of the Year Holiday Mountain are back to whack you upside the brain with a new and ultra-colorful music video that’ll get your summer party going. The vid, for new hard-dancing quirky ass pop song ‘Cómo Te Llamas,’ is all future fashion, exaggerated butts ‘n boobs and Holiday Mountain lead Laura Patiño using her trademark voice to ask what your name is while heading a troupe of brightly bedecked dancers (clothes designed by up-and-coming Austin fashion house Witchxxdoctor) through a surreal J-pop infused world of fun that has been put together by director Brittany Reeber. Holiday Mountain has been cemented as one of Austin’s groups most willing to flirt with pure pop music, while also being one of the acts most willing to push creative boundaries, and as you’ll see below, they’re still driving hard in that lane here in the middle of 2016. Get your weird on below, y’all.

Moon Tooth releases debut album and plays St. Vitus on 07.25

Chromaparagon, the first full length release from Long Island prog metal band Moon Tooth, features 12 high energy tracks that grip the listener with talons, and never pauses to let go. A rollicking album that never indulges for too long in any one particular (sub)genre, Chromaparagon is a powerful tour de force that not once feels tired or over-explored. Fans of stoner, doom, math rock, thrash, and prog metal will all be able to find something in this record, whose controlled chaos borders dangerously on virtuosic. The band's raw talent on the recording is only matched by their live performances, so check them out opening for Intronaut at St. Vitus on 7/24 and Amityville Music Hall on July 25th. - Olivia Sisinni
